The Just Coffee Concept
The Just Coffee farm is the center of the entire concept. From this foundation, coffee production, free agricultural training, and mindset transformation grow side by side, equipping local families with practical skills and a renewed vision for their future. Every cup of coffee becomes part of a cycle that grows stronger farms, families, and communities.
Our Story
The King of the Kooki Kingdom grants us 30 acres of land
The foundation is laid to begin our work in fighting poverty and food insecurity.
Preparations are made to open up our first farm school. Land is cleared. Shelter for teaching is being built. Locals are invited.
Our first Farm School is established
Training begins, equipping farmers with practical skills and new opportunities.
Our first students of our first farm school.
First field day.
A gathering where the local community and royalty witness the students’ progress before harvest—sparking inspiration and inviting others to join.
Covid-19 was tough on Uganda, but still the farmers worked hard to show what they had learned to their local community.
Milestone: We reached 100+ people trained in our farm schools.
Graduation ceremony where our program director Wilberforce Bezudde hands over their diplomas.
Second Farm School opens in Greater Masaka
Expanding the work into a region marked by deep challenges and many needs.
A place shaped by a difficult history—now home to a farm school, restoring knowledge, purpose, and dignity.
First graduates from Greater Masaka
A very happy moment where families are gathered to see the students receive their diplomas.
We launch Just Coffee.
In response to the global funding crisis, we chose not to depend on aid—but to start building something sustainable, funding the mission through exceptional coffee.
The first coffee trees are planted on our farm in Kooki. Variety: Batian.
Our coffee arrives in Sweden
A milestone worth celebrating. In just one year, the combined efforts of our teams in Uganda and Sweden brought our coffee all the way home ready to be roasted and delivered to you.
Roasted and ready for delivery
This is just the beginning of a journey we take together. As the coffee is roasted, a new chapter begins—where every cup contributes to the fight against poverty.
